Terms of Service
Effective September 30, 2026. These Terms govern your use of all of me, a product of Synkro AI LLC.
1. Eligibility and agreement
You may create an account or use the service only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. By registering or using all of me, you confirm that you meet these requirements and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not impersonate another person, transfer your account, or create accounts to evade a restriction.
3. The service and suggestions
all of me helps you organize and discover things you may want to watch, read, listen to, play, visit, buy, or save. Catalog information and AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Check important details with the original provider. Allie is an entertainment and organization feature, not professional advice.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the items, lists, ratings, reviews, messages, images, and other material you submit. You give Synkro AI LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that material as needed to operate, protect, and provide the features you choose. Your sharing settings control who can see content inside the service. This license ends when your content is removed, except for copies retained as described in the Privacy Policy or required by law.
5. Sharing and conduct
Respect other members and their rights. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, threatening, abusive, deceptive, or harmful material; harass or exploit other users; send spam; interfere with the service; probe or bypass its security; or use it to violate another person’s privacy. Group owners and moderators may manage membership and content in their groups.
6. Catalogs and other services
Search results, images, and metadata may come from third-party providers and remain subject to their rights, terms, and availability. Links or integrations do not mean Synkro AI LLC endorses or controls those providers. Your use of their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
7. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change or discontinue features, or restrict or suspend an account when reasonably needed to protect members, the service, or legal compliance. You may stop using the service and delete your account from Settings. We may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably needed to address security, disputes, or abuse.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued, and we do not guarantee that catalog data or recommendations will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Synkro AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
9. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date; where required, we will give additional notice or ask for renewed acceptance. Questions about these Terms can be sent through our Contact page.
