Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026. This policy explains how Synkro AI LLC handles information when you use all of me.
1. Who is responsible
all of me is operated by Synkro AI LLC. For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact page and select “Privacy.” The service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not designed for children.
2. Information we handle
Depending on the features you use, we handle your email address, username, display name, account and profile settings, collections, lists, ratings, reviews, interests, goals, and saved plans. If you use social features, we handle connection requests, group membership, and messages. We also handle avatars and covers you upload, support messages you send, and information needed to keep your account signed in.
3. Allie and catalog searches
When you use Allie, your messages and recent conversation context are sent to OpenRouter and the AI model provider currently selected for Allie so they can generate a response. If a response uses your collection, matching collection items may be sent as context. Catalog searches send the search words and requested category to the relevant catalog provider through our server. Providers may include TMDB, TVmaze, Kitsu, Open Library, Steam, Wikipedia, Deezer, TheMealDB, Open Beauty Facts, and Fragella. Do not include passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information in prompts or public content.
4. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, operate and synchronize collections and lists, provide search and assistant features, enable sharing and groups, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and meet legal obligations. We do not use private collection content to make it public; visibility follows the settings you choose and the features you use.
5. What other people can see
Your email address is not shown to other members. Your profile may appear in member search if you enable discoverability. Collection items are visible according to the visibility setting you choose, such as private, connections, groups, or members. Group messages are visible to members of that group. Anything you choose to make public or share may be copied by people who can see it.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to host authentication, databases, real-time features, file storage, AI responses, catalog searches, and support. Current infrastructure includes Supabase; Allie uses OpenRouter and the model provider selected for the service. Providers process information under their own terms and our service arrangements. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our rights. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current service.
7. Retention and account deletion
We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain your account, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes personal records and uploads from the active service. Group messages may remain with the sender shown as “Deleted user” so the conversation remains understandable. Some copies may remain temporarily in provider backups or records we must retain.
